Applications:

Used to detect all Class I and Class II substances (as defined by the Clean Air Act), HFC refrigerants (R134, R125), Halon gases (1211, 1301, etc.), SF-6, Ethylene, Perchloroethylene, Trichloroethylene and most other compounds containing halogens (i.e. chlorine, fluorine and bromine).

Specifically designed to meet portable leak detection needs, the GHH-5550 and GHH-5650 pump style automatic halogen leak detectors detect a multitude of gases.

The GHH-5050 is a non-pump style leak detector, using the same sophisticated electronics as the GHH-5550 and GHH-5650. Its long, flexible probe simplifies leak detection in hard-to-reach locations.

Simply flicking a switch programs each model to detect either HFC (134a), CFC or HCFC gases. Operation is simple; an audible beeping signal increases in both speed and frequency as the leak source becomes closer. To prevent misleading readings, all units recalibrate quickly in contaminated atmospheres. A special, miniature high efficiency pump helps reduce leak response time.
